I don’t like pumpkin. But l know he is a very useful vegetable. The Armenians are making kappama. My mother is making pumpkin jams. My aunt drinks pumpkin juice because it is very useful. They are rich in vitamins C, B1, B2, beta-carotene, pantothenic acid, nicotinic acid, fructose and a number of minerals such as iron, copper, magnesium, potassium, etc. This means that sometimes a much tasty alternative to pumpkin vitamins can be used instead of prescription vitamins.
